A dedicated online course to provide you with the tools to build your own daily self-practice & deepen your understanding of how to apply this knowledge to promote wellbeing & healing.
Each week we will focus on a separate chakra, from root to crown, interweaving teachings from hatha & tantrik philosophy. This will involve a critical approach to current (western) ideas of the chakra system, acknowledging the huge diversity and vast understandings of the subtle body that exist within indigenous wisdoms.
By signing up to this course, each week, you will receive:
~ a15 minute recorded mediation practice (send on Mondays)
~ a 75min live asana practice (Wednesday evenings)
~ a recorded yoga nidra (sent on Fridays)
~ reflections points / questions to prompt free writing via email
Using the recordings & prompts, you will be guided on how to shape your own daily practice in between the weekly live sessions.
