This is a class for the total beginner as well as the fitness fanatic! We will spend 40mins doing a fitness class using the hoops, and we will then spend 15mins learning some hoop skills and tricks.

Hula hooping is a low-impact exercise so it can be good for those who can't do regular exercises like running. However, the HulaFit class also combines tried and tested traditional all-body exercises to give those who want to get toned as well as get a great cardio workout a fun and full-on class.

At a HulaFit class you will be using weighted hoops. These hoops add resistance to help strengthen your core muscles, and also make it easier to keep the hoop spinning around your waist, whilst you concentrate on the exercises to improve your strength, coordination, balance and cardiovascular input.

CLOTHING: wear trainers and fitness-friendly attire!
Hoops are provided. All abilities welcome.

WARNING: some people may experience some slight bruising following their first HulaFit class...this is normal and there is no internal damage being caused, it is just your body getting used to the hoop. If you have any concerns please consult a medical professional prior to attending a class.

TRANSFERS: We can offer a transfer to another date ( if you give us 24hrs notice prior to your class. We cannot offer cancellations/refunds though! Thank you!
