A great class to take first thing or in the evening, allowing you to ground, find balance & work deep core muscles.
Ease yourself into your yoga practice with an extended active warm up. From there we take twisted lunge, lizard, plank variations, fallen star & side hip work. Winding down with janu sirsasana, fish pose & headstand (optional).
Savasana is not part of this practice as it is a half an hour class.
