This Stretch & Breathe Yoga class starts off nice & slow: lying down, getting into the right headspace & cultivating an awareness of the breath; before become more dynamic with kneeling lunge variations, chest opening poses & a challenging standing balance sequence.

Set in beautiful Henham Barns, taught in a group setting.
