A luscious 2 hour evening retreat that includes gentle yoga, candles, yoga Nidra, meditation and breathwork. This nurturing session will leave you feeling relaxed, regenerated and calm. At the end of the class we will share a warming drink and have time to chat with your fellow yogis - a perfectly hygge class for the mind, body and soul!
Instructions
Bring your mat, cushions, blankets and socks! Turn off your mobile and leave the world behind.
