Join me for this 1.5 hour Workshop introducing the fundamentals of the Nia Technique. Open to everyone, no matter your age, fitness level or shape this Workshop will talk you through the basics you need to know before trying out some of the easy to follow moves.
Danced barefoot to uplifting music from around the world Nia is not like other fitness classes. Blending martial arts, dance arts and healing arts, it will keep you fit, improve your co-ordination, balance and flexibility and boost your confidence.
Non-competitive and infinitely adaptable it's all about dancing in your own body’s way.

The studio can be found above The Roasting Project coffee shop on Burntisland High Street. The door is between the Roasting Project and the Co-op and has black wrought iron gates.
There is lots of free parking a short walk from the studio at the public car park by the links. The parking limit on the High Street is one hour, except for Sundays.
