(1) – The system will OPEN every Sunday at 6pm
The system will CLOSE every Wednesday at 12.00pm – no further bookings accepted after this.

(2) – Each registered team can book ONE session only. Any teams booking more than one session will be cancelled.
Where Clubs have two registered teams (i.e. RTB Ebbw Vale Green and RTB Ebbw Vale White), then they may book ONE session for each team.

(3) – Where Clubs are booking multiple teams they MUST spread teams equally between sessions across the relevant age group. For example, a Club who has 2 x Under 7s teams should book one team into each session.

(4) – Once a team has booked a session, this will be charged at £7.50 and no refunds will be available if you cancel.
