Growing Health Together - A Placed Based Collaborative Approach

Hear from Dr Gillian Orrow, who leads on the programme Growing Health Together. Growing Health Together is a placed based collaborative initiative that aims to provide the conditions for individuals and communities to create their own health. The project began in Horley and are looking to support other areas (predominantly East Surrey) in developing their own health-creating partnerships.
