This summer school course is a perfect way to begin your creative year and offers a valuable opportunity to learn to appreciate and (re-) engage with the joys of art-making and to gain confidence in your practice.

Over the three days, students will be introduced to a contemporary mix of painting, mixed-media and collage materials and to the various ways they can be incorporated into your practice to achieve exciting and dynamic results.

There will be an emphasis on experimentation and free play within a course structure that focuses on developing essential skills in the visual language of line, tonal values, composition and colour.
