Dettagli

A six week programme aimed at new mums (with babies 6 months+). Designed to give you the confidence to increase your physical activity and movement in a safe and encouraging environment, sessions hosted by trained fitness professionals. You are welcome to have babies with you for all these sessions.

Week 1: Intro session - Let's chat movement! Everyone's journey back into physical activity is different, listen to our expert Nicola to discuss how to return to activity, what you need to be aware of, recommendations and a chance to ask questions.

Week 2: Hosted by Cambridge based PT Emma, she will guide you through a core and pelvic floor session. Watch, take part or simply try what you can!

Week 3: Movement session run by Nicola (who you meet in week one). PT with expertise in delivering fun classes to new mums, get up and moving to raise that heartbeat in a way comfortable for you. Adaptations and safe movement explained.

Week 4: Let's talk nutrition with Nicola (From FRESH in Ely). A chatty and friendly session to give you top tips of nutrition and how to eat foods that will lift your energy levels and mood.

Week 5: Fresh Air! Time to meet at Romsey Recreation Ground in Cambridge for a BuggyFit session. You guessed it, wrap up your little people in the buggy and come meet the rest of the group for a bootcamp style workout with Maggie.

Week 6: Let's stretch it out, yoga session hosted my Joyful Babies facilitator.
