This class is suitable for children aged 8-13 years who have worked with SCRATCH before.
While creating their own animations, games and interactive stories, the students learn basic concepts of coding. Exploring programming basics like loops, conditionals, events, variables, functions and more, the children will playfully develop an understanding of how programming languages work.
Students will also have the opportunity to work with the Makey Makey circuit board, the micro:bit mini computer and the Edison educational robot.
Everyone is encouraged to experiment and learn by trial and error with debugging being an essential part of the learning process.
