A yoga class dedicated to older children age 8 to 12
In a grown up studio upstairs in Mayfield Eatery in Terenure I'm holding an After School class for older children to enjoy.
Yoga, through breath and awareness, provides space to step back and regulate your response to stress in a calm and thoughtful manner.
The six week yoga course will concentrate on confidence building through yoga and mindfulness exercises.
We will use yoga, meditation and arts and crafts to give them some quiet time. (While still being fun)
