Linden studio with Symeon
Start from the complete beginning and learn the foundations of Pilates. Symeon will guide you in finding your own way of moving to make it comfortable for your own body.
Classes will be socially distanced and we’re committed to providing a safe environment where all participants are confident to take part.
istruzioni
Classes take place at Rambert, 99 Upper Ground SE1 9PP. We have a fully accessible building, including accessible toilets and showers. There is on-street parking for Blue Badge holders with step-free access to the building, and lifts to all levels.
Changing facilities are available on the first floor, however we ask that you come ready for class where possible. A water fountain is available on the second floor- please bring your own reuse-able bottle for this.
You can wear whatever your are comfortable moving in, and bare-feet is best for this class. Please make sure you have removed jewellery before class, and long hair is tied back. Please note, as the studios are used by our professional dancers we ask that you refrain from using hair products and body lotions as these can make the floor slippery.
We recommend bringing your own mat if you have one, if not we can provide one for you.
