For months, so many of you have asked me to bring the sound bath onto the water… and here we go! My first floating sound bath invites you to lie back on a single air bed, wrapped in a blanket, eyes covered, surrounded by candlelight, and simply float.
A variety of instruments-crystal bowls, chimes, bells, and grounding tones-wash over you to calm your nervous system and guide you into deep, restorative rest.
What’s provided: blankets, eye masks, and a safe, held, candlelit space to completely switch off.
To make your session as relaxing and seamless as possible, please read the following:
Arrival:
Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled.
If possible, wear your swimwear under your clothes-this helps you maximize your time floating and chilling.
What to bring:
Swimwear
A robe or house coat to stay cozy poolside before and after your float
Sliders or pool shoes for comfort around the pool area
Optional: small towel if you like extra warmth
During the session:
Blankets and eye masks will be provided
The session is candlelit and designed for quiet, restorative relaxation
Simply lie back, float, and receive-no effort required
