Enjoy flow and yoga nidra from your own home. This 45 minute practice includes gentle flow to prepare mind and body for nourishing, deep relaxation. Bookings taken in advance up until 5pm Monday. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Please arrive on time for 6pm with your yoga nidra props.
Log in to zoom on time to start at 6pm.
You will be sent your zoom link on the day of the class.
Bring your yoga mat, pillows, blankets and cushions.
Note book and pen for free writing after yoga nidra.
