Yoga strengthens and balances your body and your mind. Hatha Yoga focuses mainly on the body and in these Yoga classes we work with the breath, postures and relaxation.
You will be guided through each set of postures and given the option to hold or take postures further depending on your ability and experience - and how you feel on the day!
Classes are small so I am able to give guidance and adjustments if needed. This is why these classes are suitable for beginners, experienced yogis and anyone in-between.
Relaxation and mediation classes follow a similar path with less focus on the postures.
