A day retreat at Gwaelod y Garth Village Hall including a pub lunch at the renowed Gwaelod y Garth Inn 😊🙏
The day is designed to be a special treat to breathe, rest and recharge your batteries in a beautiful setting.
The day will start with a recharging Yoga session. We will then take a short walk to the Gwaelod y Garth Inn for a pub lunch (included, worth £18). The afternoon session will be a relaxing Yin Yoga session finishing the day with an immersive sound bath using symphonic gongs, crystal, Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments.

*Please note that sound baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please send a message if you would like to discuss 🙂
You will need a Yoga mat, a bottle of water and if you like a blanket and pillow for a comfortable relaxation.
