Join me for this extremely relaxing and effective Yoga class as we use the foam roller to help us release tight muscles and connective tissue so that we can find a deeper release in Yoga poses. In this class we will focus mostly on the front of the body, hip flexors, quadriceps, and front of the shoulders/ chest and throat as a way of moving deeper and more comfortably into back bends.
If you have your own 90cm foam roller you can bring with you then you can choose to pay £12 for the class. If you would like to borrow a foam roller you must book at least 4 days in advance of the class so that I can ensure I have enough foam rollers for you to borrow ( you can pay £14 for the class) If you would lie to buy a foam roller from me the cost is £18 so you can choose to pay £30 for the class including a foam roller.
