GROUP CLASSES REFUND POLICY
All payments to attend group classes are in advance.
If you fail to attend the class you booked, you will lose it.
*In the case of your absence or lateness, there are no refunds or reschedules.
There is a 24-hour notice period for resheduling. *Use the link in your appointment notification email.
No refunds are given for students whose internet connection is too poor or unstable for them to fully participate in the class.
IMPORTANT: you need a Zoom meeting link to attend your group class. If there has been a mistake and you did not get your meeting link email, you must let me know before your class begins. Check your spam folder first, then email me saying you didn’t get your meeting link. firstname.lastname@example.org
