Explore spaces in the lungs. Use yoga’s array of breathing practices to broaden, lengthen and free respiratory muscles often tightened by daily stress
Experience and connect to anything that comes our way. Through moving, breathing, relaxation and the use of mental positivity we may experience connection to everything in and around us.
Time to explore the perennial philosophy of ‘Simply Be’
