Join Steph for a beautiful sleepy workshop - two hours of relaxation aimed at preparing your minds and bodies for sleep... The Sleepy Place will involve meditations to encourage sleep, poses to relax the parasympathetic nervous systems and yin to release tension in the body.
You may like to bring cushions, a blanket, bolster or eye pillow. If you fancy treating yourself these items can be bought from the Jasmine Yoga shop
