Join me for this short 4 week course, and learn a routine suitable for beginners, whilst also gaining confidence in the style of Commercial.
In this course you will gain a taster of Jess' choreography style, to prepare you and help you to feel more confident in trying the Improvers-Intermediate class on Thursdays at 6:25pm.
In this course you will:
Work on picking up choreography & your movement memory learning a short routine over the three sessions.
Explore a few different techniques including Jazz & Waacking (two styles Jess often uses in her choreography)
Gain confidence and feel sassy
We will be learning a short routine over the course of the four sessions, combining the techniques we have worked on into a short choreography.
Please note - this course is only refundable up until 24 hours before the first session. Cancellations made after 7:30pm on Wednesday the 11th of January will still be charged. Refunds will not be given for any missed sessions.
Please wear comfortable clothing, such as gymwear, leggings, t-shirt etc and trainers. Bring water.
