Cacao opens us up from the heart and allows us to be more open to receiving healing & the energy we need, therefore adding more depth to the sound bath you will enjoy after your cup of cacao.
Ceremonial Cacao is essentially raw chocolate but it is so much more than that. Its energy is loving, healing, nurturing & very gentle. Hence why a lot of people refer to it as a “hug in a mug”
A sound bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds & vibrations that are healing for your body, mind & soul.
I will use Tibetan singing bowls, drums, gong, Koshi chimes to name a few.
Through the sounds & vibrations of the various instruments, your mind enters a meditative & relaxed state.
Cacao Contraindications
Heart Condition, pregnancy or breastfeeding, antidepressants that contain MAOI.
Cacao is safe to consume when the above contraindications are present however I only advise a daily dose in these scenarios. I will be serving a daily dose on the day.
Please note, Sound Bath is not suitable for;
✨1st trimester of pregnancy
✨Those who use pacemakers
✨Those who are epileptic
Instructions
Please bring;
Your favourite mug for your cacao, Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, cosy socks, eye mask (optional), water.
The area is covered by a shed roof but part of it is exposed. So please make sure you wear enough layers.
Our body temperature can drop while in a meditative state, so please ensure to wear or bring as many layers as you need to be comfortable.
