Refund policy

If you are no longer able to attend the class(es), the cancellation policy is as follows:

A refund minus a $50 admin fee up to 30 days before the class.

50% refund after that up to two weeks before the scheduled class.

No refund within two weeks of the class

If you would like to cancel, please email thesailingmt@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation.”

Transferring Your Class

In lieu of a refund, you can also transfer your spot to someone else. Classes can be transferred up until the day before the event.
To do this, please email thesailingmt@gmail.com with the subject line “Transfer: [Name of Class].” Please write to us using the same email address that was provided at registration, and include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer to. We’ll take it from there!

Class Cancellation

If there are fewer than six people registered for the class two weeks out, the class will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund for your registration. For this reason, if you plan on coming, register early!

In the unlikely event that a class or classes are cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
