Yoga is for every body and everybody, and if you’re not flexible then it’s definitely for you!

I know that it can be intimidating, but it shouldn’t be. My classes are designed for you, for where you’re at today, whether that’s your first class or your 100th. Focusing on flexibility, relaxation, balance and strength, the positive effects of yoga practice on the body and mind can leave you feeling calm, centred and really in touch with your body and your true self.

In the event you need to cancel a place booked on a live class, provided you notify me more than 48 hours beforehand ( 3 days for workshops) you may transfer to another class or receive a refund (less a 20% admin fee).
For cancelled online classes I am happy to offer a transfer only, if notified more than 2 hours before the start time.
I regret that no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons.
