This class will last about 45 minutes. Indoor cycling is on a stationary flywheel bike. You will visualise an outdoor workout through the instructions given by the instructor (“You’re going up a long hill now — you can’t see the top yet ...”). During the class you vary your pace and intensity, sometimes pedalling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedalling slowly from a standing position.
