Celebrate with us a festive summer dinner in the Van Eyck’s garden and greenhouse! A special 5 course meal, including a welcome cocktail will be served for € 45,-

After the delicious canapés served at the opening, we invited designer/chef Marente van der Valk back to develop a menu for a unique Finnisage Feast.

The menu explores nature’s offerings in it’s most adventurous way; being 100% inspired by the Non-Human Narratives exhibition.

Welcome cocktail
Rum, tepache, lime, ancho

Canapes
Pulled pork, chard kimchi, homebaked sourdough, black sesame
Fermented sweetcorn fritters, green salsa, lime, coriander
Homemade yoghurt, dill, parsley, sourdough rye flatbread

Starter
Burrata, grilled pickled peaches, fennel, radicchio, cornflowers

Mains
Slowroasted leg of lamb, smoked spiced labneh, harissa, new potatoes, chicory, herbs, pomegranate
Imam Biyaldi, smoked labneh, dill rice, chicory, herbs, pomegranate (V)

Dessert
Macerated strawberries, villi cream, mint, Aleppo pepper, rose petals
Served with a shot of homemade damson gin.
