The Core Coach Training will explore different approaches to coaching, understanding and enabling learning, and some core coaching skills. You will also be supported in evolving your personal coaching development plan to enable you to take your learning into practice after the course.
This programme will be delivered in an online format across 4 evenings (18:00 - 21:30) \
The course will take place across the evenings of the 13th/15th/24th/28th June
The following pre requisites are required prior to attending the course.
1: Full Home Nation Association Membership (On the water)
You will need to attend all four sessions and complete any out our course tasks to support your learning.
