Flow Yoga is where we breathe and weave poses together that condition, strengthen and lengthen the entire body for the ultimate energetic reset. 55 minutes moving mindfully then 5 mins still relaxation.
This class is suitable for attendees that have attended a beginners course of Yoga (or if you have previously attended 6-10 sessions elsewhere) or practised Flow Yoga before.
Each attendee needs to bring:
Their own Yoga mat
A head support (this can be a yoga block or folded towel)
A water bottle
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
A face covering to wear when entering and leaving the building
