Your journey into the wild starts here! Welcome to our EXCITING, INTERACTIVE children's groups booking page in Ipswich. Located at the newly refurbished The Kingfisher Pub, Hawthorn Drive, IP2 0QX Ipswich.
Our TINY ZOO is perfect for younger children who love animals but are not able to sit down and listen at the 'Encounters Shows'. The TINY ZOO Includes ROLE PLAY, ROBOT ANIMALS, CRAFTS & MESSY PLAY with a sprinkle of bubbles! There will be 3 LIVE animals at each session to meet at in the 'Tiny Zoo Education Centre'. This is a FREE PLAY session recommended children under 5. Children must be supervised at all times.
Our ENCOUNTERS SHOW is a LIVE animal show! Meet & learn about 5 of our amazing animals. Interaction with each animal will depend on the animal but may include touching, feeding, stroking or looking. Suitable for children who are happy to sit down on a mat or chair for the show and are not likely to put their hands in their mouth. This show is suitable for animal lovers of all ages including adults.

Other Important Information & Safety Notices:
Kimmys Zoo General
~ Please wash your hands and use hand gel before and after Live Encounter Shows
~ Maximum of 1 adult per child (Note: 1 adult can attend with more than 1 child)
~ Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before a session please so we can properly set up and sanitise
~ No eating is allowed during the classes please
~ Please make sure you have read the animal risk assessment for the Live Encounter Shows
~ Children of all ages must be supervised by an adult at all times for safety reasons
~ Touching live animals at the shows is not recommended for immunocompromised people, pregnant women, children under 1 or people with allergies to animal fur or feed detailed on the risk assessment.
Covid Secure
~ Please use hand gel frequently throughout the sessions
~ You must agree to track and trace details to attend as per venue requirements
~ Make sure you read the covid risk assessment emailed to you please
~ Adults must wear a mask unless exempt. The only time masks can be removed is at our Encounter Shows when you are seated 2m from others
~ Please keep 2m from other adults and try and keep no more than 2 children to a station at one time
~ Items are cleaned with antibacterial wipes/ Milton spray or swapped between sessions depending on the activity
