Come along and show support for the wonderful Sophia and her fundraising efforts for Macmillan Cancer Support!
Message from Sophia:
"Welcome to my fun-packed fundraising evening of dance, yoga, massage and all things essential oils and well-being. This is in aid of my London Marathon 2022 for which I am taking on 26.2 miles for Macmillon Cancer Support. This is a cause thats very close to my heart and I would like to do all I can to support the wonderful work this charity does"
The evening will include two classes:
7:30-8:15pm Disco/Zumba with Sophia
8:30-9:15pm Yin Yoga with Lauren AimΓ©e
Throughout these two sessions, Danielle Cox will also be provided 5 minute neck, shoulder and head massage. However these will be on a first come first served basis.
You can either come to one class, or come along to both!
They'll also be an opportunity to purchase Cox Box Wellness products, handmade crystal keychains and refreshments will be provided by Veggie Crush!
The Boathouse is situated within Box End Waterpark, to locate the studio, as you drive into the main car park, continue round to the left, walking down the path and you'll see our beautiful boathouse studio overlooking the water.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
If you have any recurring injuries/aches or pains please let us know before the class starts.
