Our fun, practical 6 week course of classes are designed to help both parent and child to relax, get creative and explore all your senses and emotions.
Activities will vary each week, but include becoming garden 'chefs' in the mud kitchen, learning to grow your own food, sensory play, games and mind observation.
The classes are suitable for parents and carers with children between 18 months - 5 years old.
If your child/children can walk, talk, dig and express their feelings with noise or words, then this session is for you and will be great fun!
Cost includes a delicious fresh FLTR coffee or nutrient rich smoothie for you, plus a cup of squash for your child.
Please bring suitable clothing for muddy play and sun protection.
