Pilates is a great tool to get in touch with your body to help restore natural function and aid in recovery from pain or injury.
This course is suitable for beginners and improvers. You will learn how to find correct postural alignment in different body positions, reversing the physical stresses and strains that every day life puts on your body. You will challenge (and strengthen) your core muscles, which support your spine to keep your body aligned, using exercises and corresponding breathing techniques.
