Are you ready for more emotional balance and less stress and anxiety?
A journey of insight and inspiration awaits you on 14th July with a unique collaboration between Trauma Therapist Patricia Worby and Dru Yoga & Meditation Teacher Stella Tomlinson.
You will learn how stress impacts your body and creates anxiety and dis-ease, AND how to reverse it through an exploration of energy psychology, mindful movement, and transformational breathing with focused attention.
You will gain insight into body, mind and emotions and why you feel the way you do, and learn life-changing interventions to relieve your symptoms of anxiety and stress.
But first, a question for you.
Few people truly realise how unconscious stress, often stemming from early life experience, affects the mind and body throughout your life; how it has trained your brain to be on high alert and your nervous system to react strongly to perceived messages of threat.
This constant ongoing stress affects the landscape of the body and mind; creating tension and toxins which also affect the digestive system; your immune system; and your relationship with yourself and other people.
In this unique workshop, The Stress Connection, we’ll explore why the brain is so alert to picking up messages of threat, and how this affects body and mind in the moment and longer term.
We’ll share practical ways you can intervene to reverse these reactions, and techniques to release long-held emotional energy from your body and mind.
You will leave feeling informed, invigorated and empowered.
If you’re ready to become the happiest and healthiest version of you, grab your Early Bird spot now before the price goes up at the start of July. We can’t wait to see your smiling face after this journey.
We first ran this workshop in March 2018 and participants from this workshops said:
