A slower paced class which features breath and movement designed to challenge but relax you. We'll work with our bodies to find what feels good - taking time to stretch and relax. This class is very beginner friendly and it's a really good one to finish off your Monday with.
Wear your comfiest clothes (layers as you may get warm during practice but we relax at the end so you want to stay cosy), and please bring a yoga mat.
You probably won't need anything else but you're welcome to bring blocks and if there's anything else needed for class I'll let you know in advance.
