Welcome to the online booking system for the Lotus Yoga Studio in Fareham

Bookings open 1 week prior to the class and close 2 hours before. Please keep hold of your confirmation email so you can cancel your place if you can no longer attend. Please read through the booking details and print and complete a registration form if its your first visit to the studio. Classes may be cancelled if there are insufficient numbers. Classes don't run on bank holidays and won't be listed on the booking system.

Please note online payments are via PayPal. Card payment is not available at the studio at present.

Details

60 minutes gentle Yoga class suitable for all but aimed at beginners. We will be focusing on learning alignment in postures, breathing techniques and bandhas..

Please bring a Yoga mat, a bottle of water, a blanket and wear loose, comfy clothing. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts as no admittance once classes start. If you are unable to attend please cancel your booking via the booking system to allow your place to be rebooked.
