This is a Women’s Wellness & Yoga Workshop focusing on the 'Inner Autumn' of our cycles as women.
The 'Inner Autumn' is the pre-menstrual time in our monthly cycle, and the time of peri-menopause in our life cycle.
These times can be challenging, often uncomfortable physically and emotionally, where we meet our inner critic and need strength to face her.
In this workshop we will explore these stages of peri-menopause and pre-menstrum, offering practices and tools to help you work with this often challenging and disorientating time.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN PERIMENOPAUSE TO ATTEND! :)
Please can you bring the following items if you have them, if not we do have some spares, so don’t worry too much:
We will be bringing some homemade nibbles so can you please advise if you have any allergies or dietary requirements asap (e.g. nuts, dairy etc).
It would also be good to know in advance if you are allergic to any scents such as lavender, frankincense etc.
