An intermediate level yoga flow class, exploring mindful sequencing to challenge and build strength & awareness, incorporating pranayama and meditation. We will end with a deep savasana, to prepare the body & mind for restful sleep.
Not suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury.
I have a some props available but please bring:-
A yoga mat
Any other favourite yoga props you wish to use
A blanket / warm layers for relaxation
A drink of water / tea / chai etc

Bampton Recreation Ground & Pavillion
Pavilion (Indoors) - please adhere to social distancing guidance when entering & exiting the building.
Recreation Ground (Outdoors) - I will be teaching in a clearly marked off space on the grass by the car park - you will see me when you arrive.
