LTS Foundations to Function (F2F):

Our signature course and jumping off point covering all aspects of the Lebert Fitness world renowned EQualizer® and the extremely versatile Buddy System™. In the workshop you will learn how to properly use these tools, progressions/regressions, teach backs and more!

Your classes, PT sessions and Bootcamps won’t know what hit them! We will also cover programming with an emphasis on one or more of our signature classes.

All LTS programming is based on the science of body weight training and functional movement and is approved by canfitpro, ACE, AFFA and CPTN.
