Pregnancy Yoga at The Stables Yoga Centre (and online).
Our classes focus on you, Mama. A space to stretch out, find some space, set down your worries and breathe a little deeper.
Our classes are always warm and friendly; a space without expectation or judgment. We cover topics that might be helpful to think about in the run up to birth, learn breath, meditation and movement techniques that can help to ease niggles and tension and support you in your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Most of all, you will be part of our community of amazing women, sharing experiences. A precious time each week to focus on you and your baby.
If you'd like to bring your own mat, and an extra cushion or two to be comfortable then please do, but there are mats, bolsters, blocks etc available to borrow at the studio. No previous yoga experience is required. Just dress comfortably and bring yourself!
In Studio Class
Course ticket - for remaining 2 dates.
This admits one person to attend the class in person, or online. Zoom link provided with booking.
Pregnancy Yoga in studio
This ticket admits you to the in studio class once a week. You will also receive the link to join the class online, should you prefer/need to, as part of this ticket.
