This is an online event.
Joining instructions will be provided after booking.
A mindful practice which will include movement, stillness, breath work and relaxation. You will need your own mat, blanket and any yoga blocks that you use to sit on or for support. This is a mixed ability class so we can work around aches and pains, balance problems etc. Not suitable for pregnant yogis.

You can still book the remainder of classes part way through the block and the cost will be apportioned so that you only pay for the classes yet to occur. So if you book a 4 week course after you have missed the first week then you will only be charged for the 3 remaining weeks.
One Single Tuesday Morning Zoom Class

One single class. PLEASE NOTE Block bookings will take priority, where classes are part of a block. Any free spaces will become available to book on a single class basis within the week before they occur. For example, if you wish to book only week 3 of a 4 week block, then you need to wait until after week 2. This is to give someone the opportunity to book the whole block if they want to.
