Pilates & Barre classes with LYDIA.WELLNESS

LYDIA.WELLNESS offers Pilates & Barre classes in Bedfordshire, designed for ALL fitness levels and abilities. Lydia welcomes you to exercise your body through her highly effective classes, warm and welcoming classes. Classes are developed through carefully choreographed exercises to help strengthen the whole body, increase flexibility, release tension, improve posture and mobility, improve balance and co-ordination and importantly develop core strength helping to ease aching muscles and specifically back pain.
You can guarantee you will leave feeling re-energised, stronger, taller and somewhat calmer.

TO BOOK

  1. LOGIN: If booking for the FIRST time, select your classes FIRST. You will be prompted to create a login before you pay.
  2. Choose to PAY AS YOU GO or purchase a CLASS PASS for BLOCK BOOKINGS
  3. If you are buying a one-off class select the class you wish to attend on the 'schedule' and press 'select'. See venue and class info on the right. Click on your basket (top right corner) to confirm. This will take you through to payment.
  4. For BLOCK BOOKINGS: Select 'class pass' (the tab right next to the ‘schedule’ button below). Once you have added the class pass to your basket, you must select the FOUR dates (called tickets) to your basket. You will have 5 items in total in your basket. Click the basket & confirm with payment. **You must select your dates or you won't be allowed to continue with your booking. Block bookings must be made over 5 weeks.
  5. CANCELLATION POLICY - You have up to 12 hours BEFORE your class to transfer the ticket. To do this, you will have an email confirmation sent to you and from here you can select to view your booking, OR you can login and go to your bookings from the Bookwhen website direct. **Please note, if you have to cancel after the 12 hours it is not possible to transfer your booking. As a waiting list is in place, please do cancel your slot on the system so someone else can attend the session.
  6. WAITING LIST - If a class is full, please join the waiting list and you will be notified through email/text message if a space becomes available.
  7. DISCOUNT - Receive a discount, by purchasing a class pass where you can book four classes at a reduced rate, to use within 5 weeks. Make sure you select four different dates BEFORE checking out to pay (refer to www.lydiapilates.com for prices). Blocks of ten are no longer available
