Join Madison in the beautiful woodlands for 2 hours of breathwork, vinyasa flow dynamic yoga ending with yoga bliss in Nidra meditation and essential oils. Connect to your breath and body within nature with the sound of the birds, the rustle of the trees and the crackle of the fire.
Start your evening with some nourishing, energising breathwork, calming the mind and bringing the body into its rest and digest state with diaphragmatic breathing and box breath techniques.
Feel the fire in a fun, dynamic vinyasa flow style practice starting with slower postures and building up to fun transitions, inversions, balances; gaining strength, flexibility and building heat in the body.
End with absolute bliss. Get cosy by the log burner under a blanket listening to the sounds of the forest. Enjoy a guided Nidra dream state meditation equivalent to 4 hours sleep accompanied with sound healing and essential oil head massage.
You'll be floating home feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and renewed.
