If you miss a class you can ‘catch up’ at any other Mamafit® class within your term period (Terms & Conditions apply - see below).
Mums wanting to improve their running.
Classes are delivered by a UK Athletics Running Fitness Qualified Leader; each session is specifically designed around mums who want to improve their running and get fitter!
Classes will continue to involve fun warm ups, interactive drills, running and fitness sessions just like the original Mamafit® GO programme.
It is recommended you can run for at least 5 minutes without stopping before joining Mamafit® GO+
If you are unable to run continuously for 5 minutes without stopping please join a Mamafit® GO class where we will support you to get to this level.
Online booking essential as spaces are limited.
All bookings must be made before the 1st session.

•Mums are welcome to attend Mamafit® GO from 6 weeks after giving birth. It is recommended to wait a little longer (approx. 10 weeks) following caesarean. Please speak with your healthcare provider or contact us if you have any concerns about recommencing running following birth.
•Babies and children are welcome to come along with mums but must remain in their pushchair/pram/buggy throughout the session. (runner/jogger buggies not required). It is recommended that babies under 4 months old or who cannot hold their own head are in a travel system/pushchair with appropriate head support.

You must attend your booked class where possible.
You must inform your Mamafit® Trainer at least 2 hours in advance of your booked class start time if you are unable to attend and wish to attend a ‘catch up’ class.
'Catch up' classes cannot be claimed retrospectively.
If your chosen ‘catch up’ class is fully booked ‘catch up’ spaces may not be available.
‘Catch up’ classes cannot be rolled over into the next term, any ‘catch up’ classes not used before the end of your booked term will be lost.
FLEX cannot be used to transfer classes because of weather.
‘Catch up’ class must be suitable for you; i.e recommended for pregnancy if pregnant or suitable for your stage of postnatal recovery.
Reasonable ‘catch up’ class usage only. Please book the class you intend to attend.
