You can book here for Mel's Bells Kettlebell classes - Beginner and Intermediate to Advanced.

MEL'S BELLS - 45 minutes
💪🏻Kettlebells are a fantastic and efficient tool for a total body workout.
💪🏻I am trained in Hardstyle Kettlebells and use these principles to teach women how to build strength, cardio fitness and bags of self confidence!
💪🏻As with all of my classes, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and capacity to achieve the fitness results they are looking for.
💪🏻Entry in to my classes requires an initial training period of at least 4 weeks to master the basic swing, squat and press. If you have experience using kettlebells, you can opt for a one off assessment for entry.
