If you are unable to attend a session that you are booked on to please notify us as soon as possible. Due to hire charges, preparation and material costs we regret that payment is not refundable.
Messy Monsterz Limited does not accept responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which prevents us from holding sessions such as venue cancellations, adverse weather conditions and staff sickness.
If Messy Monsterz Limited cancels a session, we will arrange a replacement class, or offer a refund.
