Wooden Ladle Carving

Carving functional and yet aesthetically pleasing woodenware can be a challenge. Yet, at the same time, to carve such an item with one’s own hands can be an intoxicating endeavor. With the use of greenwood carving tools we will take a repeatable step-by-step approach to crafting a useful kitchen utensil, and learning all about grain direction, wood species, multiple carving techniques, and the tools necessary to create the magic.

This course is taught at the Intermediate and Advanced level. If you do not have previous experience with Greenwood carving we HIGHLY suggest taking a beginners course prior to this course.
