Networks provide a strong and supportive professional learning community, ideal for leaders and teachers who wish to work together to explore best practice education from a national and local perspective. They provide the opportunity for professionals to collaborate and share strategies to improve outcomes and experiences for pupils in all schools.

The SEND network is a space to explore practical issues impacting SENDCos, share new ideas and to see things from another angle. Sometimes seeing things with fresh eyes can give us all a lift!

This network will include:

Bid writing and paperwork
Making the best use of TAs; including TA appraisal
How can we support parents?
Supporting children with specific needs (exploring the 4 areas of need)
Work life balance/thinking outside the box
