Please welcome guest speaker Jessica Brock-Pitts, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, ACE, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) for this empowering webinar! Jessica will discuss the body positive fitness movement, introduce HES (Health at Every Size), and discuss returning to or beginning a movement based practice in the postpartum period. Postpartum parents are under a of pressure to "snap back" and "lose the baby weight," and body positive fitness can be an antidote to that constant pressure. We will discuss common issues related to core and pelvic floor health and ways to move that can help with these issues.
