Welcome to my booking system.
Here you can see the classes, workshops, retreats and sessions I deliver. To book either a craniosacral session or for supervision or Yoga 1:1 or Yoga therapeautics 1:1, please contact me to make an appointment and have a conversation first. For classes, workshops and retreats, please select the date of your choice on the calendar and follow the instructions.
All classes, workshops etc need to be booked in advance, even if you are dropping in, by the day before on the booking system. Classes need a minimum of 5 people in order to run.
